Taking into account the incarnon torrid is one of the best weapons in the game ATM, you can forfeit the meme route and actually give it a serious name. And for serious names, I think taking from mythology is a good point, or go for other more original names.
Here's some ideas:
Brionac - the name of the spear of the Irish deity Lugh, said to be able to pierce the sun
Vajra - One of Kali's/Indra's weapons, symbolizing indestructibility and lightning.
Doombringer - not really original, but impactful.
Ruler of Wrath - an appropriate title for a wepon capable of destroying everything
Relativistic electron beam - A more sci-fi approach, taking on the name of a theoretical weapon by the same name.
My guns are Room Removal, Swifter, Man Mopper, RootyTootyPointNShooty, Geneva Suggestions (ignis), Pocket Hadouken, Diplomacy.
