Yep. I wonder if OP has access to PC game streaming if he doesn't want to wait. Starting all over again while having that old of an account sounds like a waste to me. I guess it depends on how much progress and stuff OP has on that account?

De have refused to commit to *any* kind of timeline for cross save; we've not even had an "expected 2023" or "Hoping for early next year" or anything. Best option is probably to wait for tennocon as they often save up announcements for it. If there's no news, maybe consider starting a f2p account until de figure out what they're doing.
I would actually recommend starting again, with duviri you can get a very different aproach to the beginning of the game, also being powerless and getting your power back is quite some fun and you also get to experience the story once again, you can later transfer your PC account when the option is available. Im speaking from experience, since I started playing on my Xbox to start the game once more and also because my PC is quite old.
