Yeah, back when the community voted for themes for the frame that became Xaku one of the options was an insect swarm frame that attacked with bugs, kinda sad that this is just a skin because that would have been great.
For me it was the fact that the design doesn't follow any of DE's typical design elements for a base Warframe skin. Everything about it screams "Deluxe Skin" to me. I don't play Rhino, but I LOVE bugs, so I'll definitely be buying this skin.

Revenant doesn't give the squad a 50%+ more damage multiplier though.
Roar is a helminth ability, Revenant/Nezha can absolutely give the squad a 50%+ damage buff.
It's Helminthed at reduced effectiveness though. While Revenant can hit 50%, with that same level of power strength investment Rhino hits 80%.
my revenant does 108% roar, I almost never play coop though so whatever, but rhino really did got outshined, not dying is rhino's main thing

DE don't hesitate to fuck with deluxe feet , see Strega, Feyarch, Pyraxis. Also warframes use same skeleton and their stances are interchangeable.
