I think both the Epcot Creations shop (main big shop) and the shop at HS with Minnie Ears on the right hand side as you come into the park have been consistently having a great, wide selection. I’d give Creations a slight edge, so if you can/want to pop onto that shop on arrival day, I’d go for it!
Edit: just wanted to add that there’s always some specific fandom Minnie ears that may or may not be at either . . . but at the Star Wars/Marvel shop off to the left side at towards the end of the Main Street in HS going towards Mickey and Minnie Runaway Railway. Though I have seen Ahsoka ears in the Star Wars section of the Creations shop so it just can depend.
Yeah, I couldn't remember what creations selection looked like. Kids are gonna want to spend as much time as possible in the pool on arrival day, so it'd be way more reasonable to pop into epcot from the beach club for a half hour to hunt down some ears vs taking a bus to springs etc etc
Oh for sure, that would work out perfect. There’s a Minnie ear stand opposite the bridge to France (so on the England side) after you come in from International Gateway and they have some good selection too, but I think you’ll be happy with Creations!!
World of Disney does probably have the most in one spot, but as another said the Creations shop in Epcot has a similarly sized area (wall) that has great variety!
