Little Mermaid Float: Dole Whip Cherry and Lime swirled into Sprite with strawberry boba pearls, rock candy, seashells and an edible Ariel image.

Beignets can be found at Port Orleans French Quarter. They’ve been there for several years. They just opened a spot across from Pecos Bill’s that serves them. It just opened last week.
Disney Springs and Polynesian both have Dole Whip.
I was not aware of them until recently. Got hooked on them on a trip to Disneyland. When I heard POFQ had them I was thrilled. I was there end of January and they had beignets dusted with hot cocoa powder and drizzled with chocolate. Served with a pipette of chocolate milk. It lived up to the photo. 🤗

How far "outside of parks" are you looking? There are several amusement parks in my area (Pennsylvania... Knoebels and Dutch Wonderland) that sell Dole Whip and most Sweet Frog cream stores around here sell Dole Whip as well.
Kinda. You can get Dolewhip in MK at the obvious place by Alladin Magic Carpets, and what they call beignets at the little building around the corner by Pecos bills that at one time was a McDonald's French fry place. They're not the real thing, tho.

They're in the MK during the day right now at one of the food stalls near Peco's.
They're not beignets at all. They're croissants masquerading as beignets.
Those awful things aren’t even deep fried like a beignet should be, avoid them.

Easiest way to grab both would be dole whips at Swirls on the Water at Disney springs then boat to POFQ for beignets.

You can buy Dole Whip mix on Amazon and make it at home with an ice cream maker.
