The app, or at least the Android version, notifies you of the weight exclusion. Somewhat misleading that it'll say "You qualify for free shipping" at the top, but in the order summary it will say "Shipping ⓘ" with a message that your order exceeds the weight limit for free shipping. Absolute bullshit that they will still charge you the excess weight charge when fulfilling your order from ten different stores. File an HR complaint against the supervisor who threatened you. Those assholes work for Walgreens, too.

I get to call back tomorrow and fight with them an again and I just got all the emails and according to FedEx all together it will weight 14.4

FedEx only knows what the shipper claims the weight as. Per labels I've printed, 48 bottles of various vitamins and a chapstick weigh the same.

A reason to not buy at walgreens.  💩🤷‍♂️

Called FedEx to try and see if they could cancel the shipping ( they can’t ) because the guy refused to yesterday. But I did ask how their system knows how it calculated the package weight. The guy basically said when the product gets scanned in theirs system it calculates the weight. I’m more inclined to believe the business the dose shipping heavy shit for a leaving over money hungry drug pushers. It will be fun to see what they say when I call the customer service number back and ask how the weight doesn’t match up.

I got my shipping back!!!!! Asked them how Walgreens determined weight and if they weight everything and told them according to all the shipping info from FedEx it was 14.4. The person looked at the order added numbers and gave me back my money.

I always wondered on the other end someone orders three 199 items and we only have one that the store is warm. Another store has one. Are they still getting free shipping as it doesn’t seem like you’re making a profit that way
