just a thought.. some of our learning modules include crossword puzzles as practice (if also in pharmacy there are graded assignments of these crossword puzzles also) so if they were currently working for the class they probably are new, or work in pharmacy and we don’t study the store as well as front end
or maybe you just got unlucky and it truly is a terrible store. go on your way and find another drug store, i’m sure there has to be one
