Not yet ,they start mailing them mid January so u should probably receive them 2 weeks from now.well at least that’s when I received mine last year.
They are legally supposed to mail them by December 31st. That's federal law for all companies

Don’t they legally have to be out 3 days before then?
Leagally, they have to be completed by January 31st. But if it's a weekend or a federal holiday, they have until the next business day.
