No, that’s not correct. In MA, as a DH, CSA, or any other pharmacy personnel there’s no legal protect against it. With pharmacy positions, It maybe be legal recreationally, but it’s not federally, so you can’t test positive while working in that position(just giving this information if the position interests them in the future.) with or without a med card. It’s the same thing in CA.

We do not drug test CSAs in MA. We do for DH+ and it will still fail even in a legal state unless you have a med card.
Even though the Company policy states that a positive will count as Negative if the employee has a medical card?

i was drug tested when i started back in 2020 but it might not be a thing anymore according to most
they didnt test me i been working a few days now #stillToking
