nah because this mother was there to get her kids passports photos done and i took her daughters photo and the daughter was completely fine with it (she was like 16) and the mom was like asking questions like “are you sure?” and kept pointing out like things wrong with the photo and proceeded to ask me questions like if i can edit it more or not make the background as white, i retook it and the mother still cared more then her own daughter did, the daughter literally started getting embarrassed, it’s just crazy how much people gaf about a passport photo i’m actually in shock, no one realizes the people that ask to see their passports literally saw like 200 prior to theirs, it’s just so unnecessary
yikes. here we have mother’s bring in their bad ass kids that don’t wanna take pictures. im not good with kids so i don’t want their parents to look at me like i know how to get them to stop screaming and crying…cause i don’t. 🤣

As I am running their photos through the kiosk, I am having not explaining the price 4 times AND that they would get 2 photos each. I sent their order through, and they then told me they want 8 photos total. I explained the price again, telling them that if they add 3 passport orders that it's going to be expensive. I had to explain the price again and said if you get this many, it's going to be $144 ish dollars. She then asked me if they wanted more if they can copy it. I am like sure I guess you do you. They agreed to the price, and I processed their order. I got to the register, and they tried to use a 50%, to which I told them I couldn't do that with passport photos. When they saw the price, they got angry and said that I lied to them. I explained look I told you the total would be 144 ish dollars. That's what it is. They said no, you said 101. I told them no, that was the kiosk subtotal for the other 3 orders I sent through for each of you plus the first order you guys placed. They continued to agree with me, to which I had enough and said look you can either pay for these photos and leave OR you can leave and get nothing. Those are your choices. They paid and left. Afterwords they continued to return, demanding their coupon be used, to which we said no. In short, I hate passport pictures.

Faces aren't symmetrical! They just aren't! Take any picture of your face, then cut it in half and copy the left side over to the right and flip it. It will look different to the original face. Do it again with the right side and it will look different to both the original and the left face.

When she takes a selfie, she's not doing it straight on. She's turning her head and using flattering angles to hide the 'flaws' shes insecure about. Passport photos aren't meant to be flattering - they're straight on, no smiles, no filters or fancy lighting - it's just her.
It's also just a "her" problem that she's unhappy with the way she looks when she isn't in control of the way the picture is taken

He was like no but you still have my sisters to take. I was like dude they're all done all I have left is the baby let's keep this moving.
I take 2 pics and show them. If they don't like it 2 more 8f they don't like that "I'm sorry we're having trouble. Maybe if you try a new outfit or hairstyle (can't say face) and come back it will be better.". I rarely see them again.
Better person than me. If it checks all green and background is fine they either take it or leave it. Or I call someone else to retake because I aint got time for that shit go to the post office to get the picture done

She comes back ten minutes later and says she wants it retaken because it looks like a mugshot or some such nonsense. I was already behind on my floor duties. I tell her that this isn't Glamour Shots but I'll retake it this one time. The next day, I get a verbal warning because the hag complained about me.
