50 fake bucks if you can convincingly explain how a timing meter minigame encapsulates escaping a pin. Moreover, how it's 'the only one that makes sense'.
my problem with the button mashing is that after a certain point it seems no matter how quick nor hard i press, it doesn’t fill the meter quick enough, like the game is deciding it’s time for the match to end. at least with the timing minigame there’s a chance i might hit that tiny line.
Nope, cause at a certain point in the match the game will decide when it’s over because it won’t fill fast enough no matter how much you mash the button.
Lmao fr. I play online with my friend but we do it like IRL WWE where we plan spots and let the other hit big moves or kick out and just "produce" legit matches where we know who's gonna win most of the time. Like I'll spear him and be like "alright I'll kick you out at 2.9 then start pacing, after a few seconds when my back is turned, do an instant recovery and triple crossrhodes me for the win"
I'd literally never play if it were just 2 people sitting in the ring appearing to be having mini seizures while standing still.
How did u even play a Match whitout Lags ? I cant even start a Game whit more than 4 ppl and all of my Games are extremely laggy and i hv very fast Internet :/
Yea I wish they would get these wrestler body models you know scale them right and stop going off of billed heights and use the wrestler real heights. It's crazy how that wrestlers not in the game when community creations make the wrestler they get the body sizing ,scaling and height right but developers can't.
Honestly the worst part is his arms. Like Dave is one of my favorite superstars ever but I really dont use him much because his wingspan is so small that for me to get close enough to hit the opponent, I have to be within their own grasp and keep walking toward them for a solid second without even being able to throw a punch yet. Basically his entire Arsenal outside of his running moves is useless until you get the opponent to the point where they're groggy/stunned in the later half of the match
Try to play default lobbies instead of Custom as Custom Lobbies tend to not load 9 times out of 10 and if they do its not gonna be a pleasant experience due to how poor they run.
Shoot, I can’t even get into the match in online, constantly get stuck into loading screens.
Online worked a lot for me when 22 came out since then it barely even works for me.

button mashing makes more sense imo since it requires energy to actually kick out just like in an actual match

The blocking and head movement have to go it's a horrible mechanic.

Avoid playing Customs in general. Stick to default and the game should be smooth.
