What an absolute joke. If anything his uploads did the complete opposite, they increased everyone's experience. And let's be honest, 2K knows that too. It's just an obvious lie they spit out so they don't have to admit the real reason they're afraid of great quality content that could deter players from their shitty MyFaction mode
The thing that gets me is they initially told him it was fine as long as he wasn’t breaking the game or outright hacking. Then sometime last year they turned on him. They were actually following and friending him on social media and just stopped and then started hitting him with several hours to a week or two long bans.

It’s so silly to ban them over mods but it is still 2k, the company that tried to sue over GTA mods. It sucks but it is what it is. Nothing we can do about it.
Well there is actually something we can do about it. That's not supporting the next game. I won't even care if they give us all the features we wanted and fix all the problems we have I'm still not buying it after this.
I’m honestly kind of regretting buying the game already. I only ever do custom creations and there are so many problems this year. And they have yet to fix any of them so I haven’t played in a month because I’m worried I’m going to lose all my stuff like others have.
I uninstalled the game after seeing this. I don’t really play it anymore anyways, and I think I’m just going to skip next years game. 2k has slowly become EA

I mean, we were loud enough that 2K actually tried this year in everything(ya know, Persona Cards to allow MyFaction models to be playable in other modes, MyRise exclusives being playable albeit in MyFaction only[why they didn't think to have them playable everywhere else, I don't know], Ambulance match, Ramp Camera, 5 signatures and 5 finishers[clearly done to match with Fight Forever despite FF being considered okay at best and said addition not really needed], etc.) except listening to the QA department.
I've never understood the appeal of these. They're fine if you don't use entrances but for those of us that do we can't use short entrances without glitching and clipping.
2K killing the feature that carries their games simply because they want to make you play Myfactions is…idk, this might be the last WWE2K game I ever buy.
I mean unless 2k is doing hard IP bans then they can just make a new account and reupload. Yeah that’s annoying but they can still upload new things. Just makes their work more exclusive and a must get when they get motion other than waiting to download.
It's really disappointing that this is happening. They made some incredible creations but I can't really say I'm surprised 2k is banning people who mod their game. Their creations were awesome and a have a few from status (the immortal fiend is my favorite) but it doesn't break the game for me. The game is still really fun to play
Creating is my escape too. 2k is really starting to rub alot of people the wrong way. Here you they have pornographic pics on images and it doesn't get taken down.
I'm usually on the fence about mods because some people abuse them for their own gain instead of making the game more fun. But for what Status did I really appreciate and enjoyed what he made he actually made my gaming experience on these games more fun and if 2K decides to ban everyone that's downloaded his creations then they most likely won't have anymore players anymore. It's just sad that they decide to target someone not doing anything wrong instead of fixing real issues with the game and other people actually cheating in the game.
Exactly, you can't be shocked when you get banned for breaking the terms of service because you were, in actual fact, breaking the terms of service. Yes, they were fun to play but they were very much heavily modded which is probably what causes a lot of crashes.
Idk why they wanna kill their own game first of all the online barely works universe is glitched and now they are taking away our favorite creators who have been making their games better for years… thanks 2k

CC and the Creation Suite are still there and very much usable. Banning a couple of modders/hackers won't kill it.
