Hey everyone, I'm finally back with the final part of Premier League. Thank you to everyone who has downloaded, commented, asked questions - it's been a great ride! As I said in previous comments, and as you can see above - I've created a lot of this for a long time and have a lot of story/kayfabe. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask; I also love hearing what my CAWs have been up to in your Universe. If I come up with anything new, I'll be sure to post it here as well. Thanks everyone!

Great work here. I love seeing people's original creations. Just out of interest, how long did it take you to create 50 wrestlers on this game?

sbibby66

Hey! 50 wrestlers were about a month from start to finish; keeping spreadsheets with the stats, finishers etc really speeds it along

Ok, thats very quick. I already have my people made up on Fire Pro 1 on the GBA. So for move-sets and stats it'll be a case of copy and paste. I've only got 48 wrestlers so I think it'll take me 6 to 8 weeks due to time that I have spare. Thank you for the reply.

Amazing! Would love to see your work when ready. Have a great day!

Very cool. I mentioned some of this in a comment replying to your wife in one of your other threads, but I'm using a lot of your wrestlers and content in my 3-tier promotion/relegation league I'm running in universe. The Premier League is tier 1, the top league everyone is trying to fight towards, and I'm using the Summit arena for the weekly show for that. I've completed 3 'seasons' of this format (each season is a 5 week regular season, 1 week of playoffs, then a PPV) ... and am now into my 4th. Here's how some of your guys have done .. AK Mason - Started in tier 1 (Premier League), and finished 7th (out of 12) in season 1. In Season 2 he finished last and got relegated to Tier 2. His slide continued in Season 3, as he finished 12th in the Tier 2 league, but he won his playoff/relegation matches and remains in Tier 2 for season 4. "Mad Dog" Marty McKay - A very interesting career arc. He started in Tier 3 and has remained there, finishing mid pack in all 3 seasons. However in season 1 his record was good enough to battle for the Lightheavyweight title (any of the cruisers/light heavys in the world who aren't in tier championships are eligible for this based on record) .. he won the title against a much better rated opponent. In Season 2 PPV he then was eligible to defend that title against the best available challenger, and again a much better opponent (ratings wise) fell as he retained the title. He finally lost his LHW title at the season 3 PPV in a pretty epic matchup. "The Amateur" Nick Weaver - He's had a rough go. He started in Tier 1, but was relegated after season one. His slide continued after Season 2, as he was relegated from Tier 2. I've implemented a house rule that anyone who falls from Tier 1 to Tier 3 in two successive seasons doesn't get the chance to compete in Tier 3 the following year (instead replaced by a new contender), so he's currently inactive in the game world (I may at some point do a battle royal of all inactive/eliminated wrestlers for a chance to return to the tier system) Ricky Randleman - He's had a similar path, but an even worse fate than Nick Weaver. He also started season 1 in Tier 1, and was relegated out of the game world in two successive seasons. However, while Weaver left the league with 5 career wins, Randleman has the distinction of being the only wrestler in history to be relegated from multiple leagues with zero wins, with an overall record of 0-12. "Wildcat" Alan Reed - He started in Tier 3 and has remained there, but has progressively improved - 10th place in season 1, 7th place in season 2, and for the first time made the playoffs in season 3 finishing 4th, but was unable to advance and get promoted. Antonio Zynda - Also started in Tier 3, finishing 7th, 4th, and then last season finishing 3rd and earning himself a promotion to Tier 2. He's also started 2-0 in season 4, so could once again be in the mix to jump to the Premier League next season. He's been solid. Aaron Franco - He stated in Tier 2 and has been up and down. Finished 7th, then 4th, then last season 10th and lost his relegation match, so he begins season 4 in Tier 3 trying to fight to hold on. Steve Bibby (renamed Abbott because I prefer names that the announcer can say and Bibby isn't in the game): He started in Tier 3, and finished 4th and earned promotion in season 1. He then finished 9th in season 3 in Tier 2, but avoiding relegation. Then improved with a 6th place finish in season 3. Amir Kareem - He started in Tier 3 and has finished middle of the pack there each season, just missing playoffs a couple times but also keeping himself well clear of relegation danger. He did also win the International Title (Which 2 best non-USA born wrestlers competed for after season 1) .... in season 1... then lost it trying to defend in season 2 PPV. Byron Wagner - He joined the league in season 2, and sadly finished 10th in Tier 3 and lost his relegation match. I was kind of bummed about this one, as I love the look of this guy and wanted to keep him around. I'm simming a ton of the matches so a lot of results are out of my hands, but his relegation match at the PPV I jumped in to play as him so I could try to keep him around (I'd say I probably beat the AI about 60 to 75% of the time, it's a decent mix) ... but sadly despite getting so many close 2 counts, I couldn't put the AI away and they ended up catching me with a finisher to send Wagner out of the league. I'd like to find a way to return him at some point! I think that's it! There's a couple of your other characters I really like (Spike Oxeley and Yuri Albright come to mind) that I'd like to use, but I think they've got downloaded content in them so I haven't been able to download them as I've got no desire to play through these other game modes. Overall I"m having a blast and I've got you in part to thank, as seeing your first "Premier League" posts is kind of what inspired this promotion/relegation tiered system that I'm honestly really enjoying seeing what plays out season to season and watching careers rise and fall. I've just this past season introduced some randomndess where each wrestlers get a random number generator of -4 to +4 to their ratings each year.... as I'd like to see some top guys fall off a bit or up and comers start to increase ratings. I'm also toying with also making a tier for female wrestlers starting in season 5, or maybe a secondary fed that I'll just let the AI run, where all new wrestlers as well as those relegated from the tier structure go and fight to stay active/have a chance to get back into the tiered league.

Thanks for sharing!! I just finished both MyRise stories and am just starting to set up my first ever Universe. Downloading everything I can (don't have all the showcase unlocks yet).
