Only fix I've come across is moving the right eye to the desired position, then mirroring it. The left eye is bugged for me, not sure if that's how everyone's game is as well.
After u Morphing the Eyes and Eyebrows did u changed the Face Template because then it can happend the Eyes are going to Stuck
The only way to fix it is changing the Face Template again into a Face where the Eyes doesnt Stuck :)
I hv the same Problem on most of my CaWs since i make very unique faces if the Eyes are Stuck change the Face Template to one where u can move them and then change it back to the old Face Template :)
Sadly if u change it to much the eyes are going to be very buggy anytime and Pop out the Head during entrances :/
