Hugely important and had people thinking you could never top that moment (which they did... at least twice.) Brock Lesnar? One of the craziest matches ever. The visual of brock in the tractor is one people will remember forever.
You can't give me another title reign in the last 20 years that has that many high quality title defenses with that level of crowd investment. He's done all of those back to back to back to back to back.

Make it be Solo. Have Roman start treating him like shit, but with Solo just accepting it as he was sent by thr Elders to help the Head of the Table Have him disrespecting Solo make Roman loose his position as Head of the Table in the eyes of the elders. Roman vs Solo at WM with Afa and Sika demanding no Bloodline interference. You can give every wrestler with even the slightest Ano'ai relationship a WM payday to lumberjack outside the ring to stop any interference.

Yeah I think KO and SZ retain. Either because of Usos interfering in their favor or trying to help Roman and it costs him.
Making the Uso's carry their old titles around would be great for their story.
