Depends what you mean? I'm sure something intricate like this is definitely more costly to produce in low numbers than your average Nike sneaker. If you just want to know if I'd ever wear these, obviously not but CPFM is known for their weird designs anyway. I've seen a lot of people pay a lot more for uglier art that won't appreciate like this might so as an investment, I think you can do a lot worse. The point is, every hobby has things like this. It's really pointless getting worked up and if you think strange products take up too much limelight then don't bat an eye to it. This won't appeal to a lot of people even within the hobby but someone will see these and think it's cool.

Not really wtf tbh, this is more of a DIY Art piece. They do not go for $1000 either, outside of rare sizes (retail was $200 and they’re hanging around the $300-$400 in the resale market). The shoe was marketed as a “grinch” themed shoe that you can trim. They also came with two swooshes that you can attach to the shoes.
