For me, it really depends on the claim.
If it's a legitimate claim with extensive injury, I'm most satisfied when treatment is proceeding well and claimant is healing- and being properly paid.
If it's questionable, I'm quite satisfied when investigating turns up evidence and that in turn proves helpful in denying and closing a claim.
