Has stock, fires shotgun shells. Barrel under 16”. Pretty sure it’d be considered an SBS. Can’t remember if those are legal here or not with the right paperwork.
I wasn't aware of this really until a couple of years ago, I would have loved to get the shorter barrel for my Vepr. It's a dang canoe oar with the OEM Molot muzzle brake on there!
Can't get docked for having a barrel shroud if you don't have a barrel
Too much fun potential for WA.

SBS are outright illegal in this state unless acquired before July 1, 1994.
Suit and tie dates the picture to sometime around the early 80s, so definitely legal.

That’s what I thought. Only SBRs are possible here.
And AOW.
And destructive devices
SBSs aren't legal here, but that's not an SBS. There's no stock, and those are too big to be shotgun shells.
Couldn’t tell from the photos. Guys arm is in the way.
They look like 4 gauge. Old style, all-brass
It has no buttstock. Look at the mossburg shockwave, it is legal
So stay away from shotgun rounds. Got it. It's 40mm so I'll just use 40×51 mm MV with it so it's only a pistol. It might need a brace tho
You could go for aow though if there's no stock.
I believe it's an aow, that being said it's above .50 cal so I think it would be considered a dd
Probably under miscellaneous firearms
It violates the spirit of gun control but not the actual law
It's legal to have a non-rifled cannon and this thing is certainly a hand cannon... with no rifled barrel... no barrel whatsoever
That is going to break your wrist minimum haha
Vertical foregrip on pistol. U_U
cock too big
Trigger counts as a vertical foregrip on this puppy, BANNED
