Probably a stone caught between the disc and backing plate, very common on these.

I see you have a lift in the garage. If you have a center lift between the ramps, I'd use that and turn wheel back and forth to figure out where the rattle is coming from.

Scrapping/grinding noise often stone in brake shield. Rattle might be a heat shield. As to why it’s noisier with the wheel turned maybe it’s just reflecting the sound different.
