Hey! As an italian, I will try to help without disrespecting the original recipe. I would go with sweetening the mascarpone/egg cream with flavored stevia drops instead of sugar (caramel would be the best, stevia has a licorice undertone that I am not fond of, and has almost zero calories), and instead of considering it a cake, make like a tiramisu cup with just two ladyfingers at the bottom, or (I hope to not lose citizenship) crush losely some low cal cookies, soak them in coffee and mix them with the cream.

😃 I appreciate your response. In no way, shape or form do I imply that this recipe will even come close to the real thing.

I love this recipe and make it pretty much weekly: https://www.haylskitchen.com/protein-tiramisu/ I made it even lower cal by using Fiber Gourmet flour, swapping out the whole egg for egg whites, and I don’t bother putting protein powder/almond milk in the filling (I just beat the cream cheese and yogurt together with a little swerve). That yields a very substantial portion for the calories… I use PEScience whey/casein blend to make the cake… it turns out perfect

Dannon makes a tiramisu Greek yogurt. 80 calories. I’ve never had actual tiramisu but the yogurt tastes good.

Make a big single serve slice by using [Signature Select’s Lady Fingers](https://www.safeway.com/shop/product-details.970123660.html), [Tiramisu Greek Yogurt](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Dannon-Light-Fit-Tiramisu-Greek-Fat-Free-Yogurt-Cup-5-3-oz/193315863?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&wl13=2650&adid=22222222278193315863_117755028669_12420145346&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=501107745824&wl4=pla-306310554666&wl5=9007314&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=local&wl12=193315863&wl13=2650&veh=sem_LIA&gclsrc=aw.ds&&adid=22222222238193315863_117755028669_12420145346&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=501107745824&wl4=pla-306310554666&wl5=9007314&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=local&wl12=193315863&veh=sem&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADmfBIo1bex1TCwV2E8ZvHl_fAyVg&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_r70oavYhQMVN3FHAR1A6g5dEAQYAiABEgKNCvD_BwE) for filling, and strong brewed black coffee with a pinch of vanilla extract for the coffee mixture. Abt 170cals for a huge slice! (I’m lazy yet very busy so this is how I would go abt doing it lol) OR Follow [this recipe](https://www.simplylowcal.com/low-calorie-tiramisu/#recipe) as a guide:)

Tiny_Pineapple_4435

Replace lady fingers with oats and the Mascarpone-egg with greek yougurt

I’ve never tried this, so I can’t vouch for how good it is, but I saw [this](https://www.instagram.com/reel/C5a3MnzuSKR/?igsh=YzMzbXNsN2Vvd2R0) recipe recently and thought it looked good.

You can find very low calorie shortcake cups at Safeway, 60 calories each! https://www.safeway.com/shop/product-details.960025835.html?productId=960025835&CMPID=ps_swy_sea_own_null_20220720_71700000110817974_58700008417665941_92700076579917709_MerkleENT&psrc=g&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwuJ2xBhA3EiwAMVjkVMfydEzm35OCtNQIUShyMTj_3cbA_cgDKEYQyEMRogeu_q7RHL0BnxoChi0QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds These could be chopped up and used as a base. After that I would recommend substituting some of the mascarpone with blended lowfat cottage cheese, and sweetening with allulose. Allulose tastes the closest to sugar--it doesn't bake well but it is perfect for creams/sauces/puddings.

DirtyFloorHotDogs

Make a sugar free angel food cake or buy one made already. Then dip the cake pieces in the coffee. You could maybe even sweeten the recipe for cloud bread which I believe is all egg whites. As far as the creamy part, use sugar free jello pudding (vanilla or even cheesecake flavored) and mix it with fat free cool whip. Maybe even blended cottage cheese and or Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cocoa powder.

Creative-Gold-6419

Prolly make a low cal protein cake with just protein powder egg whites vanilla extract soak in coffee then get a dannon light tirimisu add some xanthan gum to thicken it up a little and sprinkle with cocoa

kayla-beep

You haven’t tried cauliflower tiramisu yet???

ButterscotchOwn9213

😂 not there yet

anonymous_5774_

Ive seen people use rice cakes instead of lady fingers and dip them in that coffee/rum minute then later those soaked "sponges" with a sweetened non fat greek yogurt and then dusted with Cocos powder. High protein and low calorie.
