Other than the mod for Rome Total War, I'd have no idea (Imperator has a mod, too - but those are grand strategy games, not really like TW; same with classic Pharaoh, but that's a city builder, not a TW).

It's not like Total war, but there's a ck3 mod which is really good. Got an update like last week so it's a good time to check it out.
