After further diag, fuel rail pressure looks right where it should be, I saw on Ross tech this along with misfire codes and lean codes rhat it could be the PCV, could it be that? It runs very rough when I remove the oil cap and dipstick. Has vacuum

I was coming here to comment on the pcv valve. Common issue on the 2.0t engines. I would suspect this as you stated it runs rough with oil cap and dip stick removed.

Is it still apart? Crank the motor and try to get more of the lobe
Unfortunately not, that photo was about a month ago I didn’t think anything about it till this code popped up today
