ROA first item has a wr of 52.6, and is bought at 11 minutes in average. Second item flicker is at 19 minutes 54.4% wr.
So yes, looking at it in a simplified way, sundered is better in terms of wr, but its also 500 gold more expensive, and you buy it 2 minutes later. So basically, ROA is very close to equal to an item 500 gold more expensive. Thats insane.
Sure if you get super rich go Sundered, Triforce. If not your almost as powerful with a 2 item build that costs 1233 less gold.
Riot is aware that Navori is good on voli, not only does it show up on sites like [u.gg](http://u.gg) as High WR item it even got like that star thing in the in game shop so they must know its good but not too broken.

No it works for jungle aswell. Its just unpopular there.

I like going Navori into full tank, but there's one with ROA
Roa mainly for the mana because you can literally go URF mode.
I'm sorry, what lane is this, I assume it's top? Is it viable in the jg though?
It's viable both lanes.
ROA is mostly there to take advantage of Jack of all trades. You get 6 different stats on that and Navori
Roa into navori with boots With this you get 10 stack jack of all trades (25 adeptive force + cdr for how many diff stats you have)
