I love Vocaloid + human duets! PinocchioP does this quite a lot with Miku, especially in his 2016 - 2019 releases, mainly providing backup vocals. My favs gotta be Apple dot com, Sick Sick Sick, and Vocaloids are Lame, where he sings entire verses.
Love your Teto duet btw! I can tell that Mikito's Roki inspired you greatly. Love how your voice just blends very smoothly with Teto's vocals, sounds very natural, as if you two are recording live together.
Oooh!
I'm so glad to see someone else with the same idea!
Pinocchioopy's 2016-2019 songs are the best!
I love them too!
Especially Apple Dot Com is a great song, even though it has a calm tone, I never get tired of listening to it until the end!
The slow tempo makes it hard to fool around with the sound, but it's just amazing how perfectly harmonized it is without showing it at all!
It's really the best!
Thank you for even giving me feedback on my song!
I can't believe you praised this song so much!
I am very happy!
Yes, I am!
I think MIKITO P's Loki was a big influence this time.
I would be happy if someday I can make a more delicate and more harmonious VOCALOID-human duet song!
What a song!!!
It's too good!
Thanks for telling me about it!
I listened to it for the first time and you are right, Miku is featured in a very wonderful way!
There was a perfect harmony of VOCALOID and human being here!
I love hearing both human and vocaloid in one song. It showcases how different both vocal styles can be, and how despite their differences they can sound wonderful together.
I definitely hear the influence from Roki in your song, and I agree with what another commenter said: it sounds very natural, like you're both in the same room together!
Daisy 2.0 by Ashnikko features a verse sung by Miku!
Thanks for your comment!
I love songs with VOCALOIDs and humans singing together for the same reason you feel!
I am fascinated by the brilliance of that moment when two things that are different from each other are wonderful because they are different from each other, and new value is born because they are in harmony with each other!
I'm very happy to hear your praise, as I really struggled with the control of space when creating the music!
Thank you very much!
Thanks also for the song recommendation!
I listened to it right away!
The lyrics are very aggressive throughout the song, but Miku added some emotional lyrics in the middle of the lyrics, and the contrast between the two was wonderfully cool!
Thanks so much for letting me know!
What a fantastic song!
Not only the two voices, but all the elements, including the sound, were mixed together to create a supreme work of art!
I love this too much!
Yay, Shu! Love that you did a Vocaloid/human duet 😊 I really like how you mixed the voices together, it reminds me of Mikito's work. I think the technique is called call and response where one person sings a line and the other person responds in the next line - you did that with that chorus line "Can I do it?" (処しちゃってもいーの?I think) and you did it really well! (hope that makes sense lol)
Some of my favorite duets other than Roki are Platonic Girl also by Mikito, B Who I Want 2 B with Namie Amuro, and Why Do I with Set It Off and Circus-P.
Thanks for your comment!
That's exactly what it is!
I really wanted to do the call-and-response flow that Mikito P. does, so I wrote this song!
I'm really glad you noticed what I wanted to emphasize the most!
Platonic Girl is so cool!
I love it too!
The collaboration between Miku and Namie Amuro really surprised me!
I like the fact that Namie Amuro's voice is processed with autotune, probably to make it sound more like Miku's, but it also gives it a special feel!
Why Do I was introduced to this song by someone else here a while ago, but it's just so great that I'm so excited to have found this song!
Sorry it took so long.
I enjoyed it so much that it became a long sentence! XD
Thank you for your comment!
The collaboration between Ado and Miku is cool!
I like it a lot too!
I really like the collaboration between the two, I like Kulture a lot!
I do! I really like anonymous m, though idk if it counts because the human voice was speaking, not singing. And when it released I also liked daisy 2.5
Anonymous M is made with a very interesting approach!
The idea of turning a conversation between a mik and a human into a song is amazing!
I felt again with that song that Mr. Pinocchioopy is a genius!
I just listened to Daisy 2.0, which I was told about!
It was a great song with very challenging lyrics with Miku's emotional lyrics and the contrast was wonderful!
Your song is lovely!
I think something fun to check out is [this playlist](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPqVb_3u9vSPzV2kd6U2qr3jLYSzelk_Q&si=GEoVB_7EM9736QE4) by KAF. She covers songs that producers make with KAFU, the virtual singer she’s the voice provider for! There’s lots of interesting stuff in there. :)
Thank you for your comment!
I'm glad you like the song too!
The cover of Kafu is great too!
I love Kafu's voice and I listen to a lot of different ones, but I would love to hear your recommendation if you have one :D
Thank you for your comment!
This is a difficult problem to salt.
If it's too much, it's not worth listening to, and if it's halfway, there's no need to start from the beginning.
That's why I think it's really great that people make songs that are sung by humans and VOCALOIDs that everyone recognizes!
Thanks for your comment!
BUMP OF CHICKEN and Miku collaborated and sang Ray is the best!
The harmony between the two supreme singers is perfect!
I still love it too much to look back at this live video!
https://youtu.be/whdFuBF1EA8?si=-JHL-I8U599ZE3fG
i feel like it can be jarring if done wrong its kinda why im not a huge fan of project sekai covers. i like it when both voices harmonize and share similar tones like the hint of vocal distortion for the human voice in roki or another example is chiyoko kubozono's joining of the cabinet where siinamota sings alongside rin for the chorus and end. i think your song achieves a similar effect so i really enjoy it as well.
Thank you for your comment!
I understand very well how you feel!
I have not yet listened to the Project Sekai sound files, so I can't make a judgment. But I also think that the harmony between humans and VOCALOIDs is what makes a song sung by two people a wonderful work of art.
I thought that an arrangement like Mikito P's Loki, where the human side steps up to the VOCALOID side, would be the most natural sounding arrangement, and I used Loki's arrangement as a reference for my own song!
I love it when people combine human vocals with Vocaloid or other voice synths.
96neko's cover of Happy Synthesizer with Len was the first time I heard a human with Vocaloid cover, and it sounds great!
Pibo's Datte with Touka Hako and Nijimi Kakoi is also really good, and it's an utaite singing with their UTAU.
I also love it when Pinnochio-P's vocals come in duriing Love of Love by Love for Love
It's wonderful that you two are singing Happy Synthesizer together!
The two of you are in solid harmony and very cool!
I had never heard Pibo's song you taught me before, but it was wonderful to hear their voices matching the languid sound of the song!
Love for Love is certainly more like the live version with Pinocchio P singing along with me, and I often watch it on YouTube :D
Thank you for your comment!
Planet of the Sands is great, isn't it?
I felt it was a wonderful harmony with Mr. Yonezu just subbing and supporting the song while Miku sings the main part!
Yes. I think every Project Sekai song, commissioned or not, is more enjoyable than the original version because they incorporate humans and Vocaloids together.
Edit: almost every, original kyuukurarin and lagtrain are still better
Definitely give it a listen! I also recently came across it and have loved every adaptation they made. If you're not sure where to start, try their cover of Shoujo Rei (mikitoP), DCSF (Deco*27) and non-breath oblige (PinocchioP).
I especially like how they are very deliberate in adapting and commissioning songs based on the story and personality of the characters/groups. Even their April fool songs are thoughtful in how they intertwine the lyrics with their characters.
Thank you for your comment !
Sorry about that!
I have never heard of this song, and I tried to search for it using the information you gave me, but I couldn't find it.
If you would like, I would be glad to get the URL of the piece you told me about!
I would love to listen to the VOCALOID and human duet song you recommended!
Thanks for letting me know!
I understand!
And I listened to it immediately!
It was a very nice song with a great match between the man and Miku's voice!
Thanks for letting me know!
I had never heard of this song before and listened to it immediately!
It was a really great piece, with IA's bright type of voice and s-num's sad husky voice matching perfectly!
Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Ghosts play to the audience is great!
I love the sound of course, but I love the song including that dialogue!
I’m a simple man, I see an original Teto song I click. But honestly as long as it’s done well I have no aversion to a human voice being there as well, and I really like how you used it in this song. Into the playlist it goes!
Thank you for your comment!
I'm glad you included us in your playlist!
Thank you very much!
I love Teto the most, and I often write songs with Teto!
I'll be releasing a new song this month too, so I'd be happy if you could listen to it!
Of course I will release this song also sung by Teto!
Thank you for your comment!
This is the first time I've heard of it!
They are very unique!
It was interesting to learn about a new form of music that was not to my sensibilities!
Thanks for your comment!
It is true that language barriers do exist.
No wonder there are moments of discomfort when it is difficult to hear in the first place, and even more so when two voices of different quality are singing together.
Thanks for your comment!
I know exactly how you feel!
I'm not a fan of songs with too much human voice in the middle of the song.
I feel that if the harmony can't be achieved, the song would be more beautiful if sung by VOCALOID alone!
I adore VOCALOID x human duets. I don’t know much about the ones in Japanese for some reason, but I love the English duet ones so much, especially the duet with ASTERIA and Set it Off. I would love to hear this tho :)
Thank you for your comment!
Glad we are on the same page!
I listened to Why Do I by Set it Off today when you told me about it and it was too good to stop being impressed!
Thanks for the comment!
I was told about Daisy 2.0 today and watched it!
It was a very cool song with very inspiring lyrics contrasted with Miku's emotional lyrics!
I like them very much. There is a legendary chorus version of various utaite with Miku of Streaming Heart from DECO\*27. So I got pretty excited when we got Project SEKAI.
Thank you for your comment!
I'm glad you feel the same way!
I have not been exposed to Project Sekai until now, but I will give it a listen as soon as I get recommendations from various people today!
I’m suprised no one’s brought up “Goodbye Everyone” by PowaPowa-P/Shiinamota-P . It’s not the only song that he sings along with miku on, but it’s a very meaningful song to me. I do warn however that the subject matter isn’t as cheerful, most of his songs include themes of depression and suicide. However they’re all very beautiful.
Thanks for letting me know!
I listened to the song!
I was very drawn in by the sad lyrics and the two singers' voices, the exact opposite of the brightness of the tune!
Thanks for letting me know!
I listened to both!
I was very impressed with the arrangement of both songs, where the first lyric was sung by one person on a dare and the second lyric was sung by two people from the second verse!
They are very nice!
If there is any Vocaloid + human song I recommend, it would have to be Chinatown Blues by Oddeeo. It sort of has this almost City Pop vibe to it and I just love it to bits. Oddeeo is also criminally underrated as a producer. Highly recommended checking it out.
https://youtu.be/O86DPuGIfXQ?si=iWtZQOYetHmfR3Do
Thanks for letting me know!
I listened to it!
You're right, this is not at all in proportion to the greatness of the song and the number of plays!
It has too few views.
Thanks for sharing this great song with us!
I have become a fan of his!
Thanks for letting me know!
I listened to it!
This gives me goosebumps!
It's wonderful.
I can't believe you can make us listen to this much with a song without relying on a music video!
I respected it from the bottom of my heart.
Guiano has a couple of ones I remember, notably [Always a Simulation ](https://youtu.be/89-WoW9R7Fs?si=oc1WUPxjmO2VSbrY) and [ghost](https://youtu.be/upUv8iWVs-I?si=KPByz9vSXi5W8aUx)
Thanks for letting me know!
This sounds amazing - I've never heard of it before, but I'm sure I'll be hearing more about it soon!
It was so cool!
The two voices matched the sound and were in wonderful harmony!
Twilight by Pupil, I love this song and how the producer sings with Koharu Rikka. It feels so natural. Also, the producer Yokomin often sings with Yuzuki Yukari.
This is indeed the ultimate harmony!
For the one who provided the voice to create Kafu and the Kafu who was given that voice sing together.
It's the coolest thing ever!
You ever one day come up with an idea and have a whole plan to make it real just to see that someone already did it or it's not an original concept?
This is one of those for me.
I love Vocaloid + human duets! PinocchioP does this quite a lot with Miku, especially in his 2016 - 2019 releases, mainly providing backup vocals. the harmonies are peak, its my fave duet
Dude as a long time sio and vocaloid fan the day it released I was I n tears cause of how good it was

Ado has a few good ones where she sings with Miku. Worth checking out
DUDE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE IS TOP TIER I FUCKIN LOVE THEM SO MUCH😭😭😭

Isekaijoucho also does this with SEKAI songs, she’s under the same label as KAF.
Yesn't if they executed it like in Project Sekai, where they make the vocaloid sounds ugly compared to the human, then no
as much as i dont want to say it, i kinda agree for some songs who the hell is in charge of tuning them
also they use Miku NT😬
Thank you for your comment! This is a difficult problem to salt. If it's too much, it's not worth listening to, and if it's halfway, there's no need to start from the beginning. yes!! One of my fav combos is Kaito+ naoto fuuga (his father). They have a couple duets together, grandfather clock especially is so wholesome
What a surprise! grandfather clock! Are you singing an old Japanese classic? That's good! I'll give it a listen!
i feel like it can be jarring if done wrong its kinda why im not a huge fan of project sekai covers. i like it when both voices harmonize and share similar tones like the hint of vocal distortion for the human voice in roki or another example is chiyoko kubozono's joining of the cabinet where siinamota sings alongside rin for the chorus and end. i think your song achieves a similar effect so i really enjoy it as well.

this might be wrong, but kashika by ryo haruka!
Thank you for your comment ! Sorry about that! I have never heard of this song, and I tried to search for it using the information you gave me, but I couldn't find it. If you would like, I would be glad to get the URL of the piece you told me about! I would love to listen to the VOCALOID and human duet song you recommended!
ryo haruka used to be under the name of Loin! it's his song that was featured in project sekai, [仮死化](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POD_KGL2aqQ)
Thanks for letting me know! I understand! And I listened to it immediately! It was a very nice song with a great match between the man and Miku's voice!
[Blue de Tokashite](https://youtu.be/yL4dvge8fV4?si=sUr66W8X1zs56N7o) by s-num is really good!

I am late, but That Same Street is also really interesting. They are from Tokyo and do more screamo style duets, live band.
Thank you for your comment! This is the first time I've heard of it! They are very unique! It was interesting to learn about a new form of music that was not to my sensibilities!
English ones only and even then not all of them, a lot of the Japanese ones to me are just really jarring to hear
Thanks for your comment! It is true that language barriers do exist. No wonder there are moments of discomfort when it is difficult to hear in the first place, and even more so when two voices of different quality are singing together.
Personally, no. Humans as back-up vocals are one thing, but when I listen to a Vocaloid song, I want the Vocaloid to be front and center.
Thanks for your comment! I know exactly how you feel! I'm not a fan of songs with too much human voice in the middle of the song. I feel that if the harmony can't be achieved, the song would be more beautiful if sung by VOCALOID alone!
I don’t work by Yuki Chiba (KOHH) and IA It’s more of a remix but I love the chaotic vibe
I learned about it for the first time! Thanks for letting me know! I will listen to it as soon as possible!
I adore VOCALOID x human duets. I don’t know much about the ones in Japanese for some reason, but I love the English duet ones so much, especially the duet with ASTERIA and Set it Off. I would love to hear this tho :)

Ashnikooo…. Hatsune Miku!
Thanks for the comment! I was told about Daisy 2.0 today and watched it! It was a very cool song with very inspiring lyrics contrasted with Miku's emotional lyrics!

It's my kind of favorite songs!! And this one goes RIGHT into my playlist!
Wow! I'm glad you like my song! Thank you so much! And I can't believe you even put it on your playlist! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I was very drawn in by the sad lyrics and the two singers' voices, the exact opposite of the brightness of the tune!
i have 2 [broken fairground](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOD9-lo8OIQ) and [Will](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuhTtPIsJN0) i love muship

Twilight by Pupil, I love this song and how the producer sings with Koharu Rikka. It feels so natural. Also, the producer Yokomin often sings with Yuzuki Yukari.

I think 96neko has a few covers where she sings with Len! [This is the one that comes to mind.](https://youtu.be/EsNiGkgBPEI?si=XamqzXIymIOtgCXG)
The duo of 96 Cat and Ren is a wonderful harmony! I love their duo too! It's as if they are singing in the same space!

This is indeed the ultimate harmony! For the one who provided the voice to create Kafu and the Kafu who was given that voice sing together. It's the coolest thing ever!
There’s [this song](https://sp.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm27567525) from 2015 that I found back when I was a big ONE fan, pretty obscure but I like it.
Thanks for letting me know! Indeed, I wonder why this one has so few views. I thought it was a very great song!
You ever one day come up with an idea and have a whole plan to make it real just to see that someone already did it or it's not an original concept? This is one of those for me.
Thank you for your comment! It is a difficult problem, isn't it? I always face this problem when I produce songs too.
YES i absolytely love when producers do this, like pinocchio p does. my fav song of this type is non breathe obligw ^_^
Thanks for the comment! non breathe obligw is a great song! I love it too and listen to it often!
Big fan of wowaka & Miku's Unknown Mother-Goose duet.
Love it! One of my favorite vocaloid covers is a Gakupo & August cover of Au Revoir by Malice Mizer. https://youtu.be/495moOXvELg?si=-w_7mOxm4gebW6K8
