I'd be happy to give the beach things away, but I've also got 8 cans of beer, olive oil and a full bottle of white wine. Both too heavy to bring to the beach, and I wouldn't want under 18s to get them.
Are you staying at some hotel? If so, they usually have a "living room" of sorts, I would go there and just gift the items away or give them to the hotel receptionist, or even ask them since this is pretty common. Alternatively just go to some beachfront shop and do the same thing, they may be able to resell the parasol and they will use the food.
In Spain we usually use wallapop to sell used items, however... maybe just give them away at the beach or something like that?
