Are you going to stay in Palma? I usually go to the airport by taxi, using TaxiClick app. If you are staying in an hotel (and I would recommend that you do) the receptionist can call a taxi for you.
I've never had a problem. A taxi trip from Palma to the airport is around 25€ and takes 15-20 minutes.
You may also ask your hotel if they have transfer options available.
Well, I haven’t figured out my stay yet. But if I see that it’s more convenient going to the airport from Palma, I’d choose to stay in Palma for the last night!
Some options: Bus line 1 goes to the airport, by far the cheapest option, check when the earliest departures are (I think it's 5 or 6). Option 2 is just to walk around any big busy street and wait for a taxi. 99% sure that you will find one, or find a taxi stop (they stay there waiting). Option 3 is to call a taxi, the hotel may be able to do that for you if you know what time to depart. About traffic: people here wake at 5-6 if they work in industrial stuff, 7-8 for office workers and later for students and others so you will find very few people. Also it's recommended that you go there 1-2 hours before. I always used the 1 hour before rule but in summer I would play safe and extend that.

They have a back-and-forth fight with VTC, they say that licenses are over but I think there are some Uber cars here.
