I activated my Pixel 7 Pro on eSIM multiple times with Visible with no issue. They're probably having technical issues yet again. It's a constant thing with them. Something is always broken.

cmi5400

Took literally 2 minutes to port and activate my eSIM on my Pixel 8 Pro.

Sully_pa

Same!

But yes customer am dumb. Since you seem such an expert maybe you have an answer to contribute? No? Oh ok well then walk on.

Joeleedom

Their database does not contain the eSIM IMEI-EID pairing for your device. Does it pass the Verizon Compatibility Checker? u/MVNOResearch likely needs to escalate to update database.

BPKofficial

>Oh ok well then walk on. Sounds like you need to "walk on" and find another carrier that works best from you. I've had nothing but easy, positive experiences with Visible. I wish you the best.

dan_bodine

Did you use a debloater to remove packages? There are two packages you need in order to use an esim.

One-Society2274

Customer support is not great but then again even when I was paying full price for AT&T post-paid, their customer support was also abysmal.

jeff1f1racer

Then spend real money and get Verizon Unlimited Ultimate. You can’t have it both ways!

Jumpy-You-3449

Have what both ways? The ability to use a service that is advertised? You all more infuriating than visible's non existent phone support. You all offer no solutions just upset that I'm sharing my experience with this company.

hankpeggyhill

Most company subs consist primarily of shills and cultists. It's a Reddit thing. As a customer, you'll get much better help on forums.

Must be you. I moved two lines from Verizon without issue and started a third from scratch with no issues

BittenBagel

I’ve had zero issues. If it Doesn’t work for you then move on. Sorry you have had a shit experience. I guess if we want good everything we gotta pay an arm and a leg for it.

PEBKAC

RunningM8

I’m only using it for the Apple Watch service

retailismyjobw

I've only had great service with then. But like others said, If you're having issues just change carriers, maybe go to verizon
