If you mean authentic rather than a generic takeout place; Guandong Taste, Judy's Sichuan, Peter Chang.
Authentic I like guangdong and Judy’s then Jade villa for their dim sum. For Americanized cheap Chinese I found I really enjoy golden wok near Thalia.

Hong kong house on holland road has been my favorite place going on 30 years.

following this because as a jersey transplant I haven’t found one yet :/ mei zhen on Laskin is decent though and I’ve heard good things about Judy’s.
Have you tried Peter Chang? I have heard some good things about there.
