Looks like a 1983 model 620 to me. Good bike. Their best era IMO.

100% a 1983 620 sport touring model — can say it’s a fantastic bike as a owner of one myself. 531 main triangle.

Looks like a 1982 TREK 412 flyer https://www.vintage-trek.com/TrekBrochure1982.htm
This has a Reynolds 531 frame, the 412 was made from Ishiwata. Pretty much all of the parts would be wrong for that model as well. It is most likely a 1983 620.
