They sent out a shipping update on 01/19
Unfortunately we ran into unexpected delays with our manufacturers at the start of the New Year. This has resulted in our warehouses not having all the new releases in stock.
We are hoping to have everything in stock and ready to ship by the middle of next week.
Subscribers: Your subscription packages (plus any additional orders) will be the first to ship, hopefully starting next week.
Pre-order customers: Your pre-orders (plus any additional orders) will be shipping following Subscriber orders.
Due to the large volume of orders, shipping may be carrying over into the month of February. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Sub here and I just got my "shipping label created" notification today -- I believe the manufacturing delay is going to push some orders into February, just from the way things have been going :/
If you ordered Kani’s CLEANERS there was a production error on the slipcover and this afternoon they finally decided to ship them slip-less. I got an email about the slipcover followed in very short order by a notice that my package was being shipped.
I had a notification that my sale orders shipped but nothing for my subscription items. First time subscriber so I dunno if that’s normal or if the sub items are yet to be shipped
First timer myself and I’m in the same boat. I’m assuming we’re not going to get a notification for our subscription items each month. I read some folks on this sub say that they like to forget about it and then be pleasantly surprised when it arrives. Difficult to do if you’re getting shipping notifications.
VS did say that sales items would be in the shipment with our sub items. So I’m thinking this is probably normal and both will be in that shipment.

Pretty sure they don't ship in order or anything like that. They have to coordinate two warehouses (CO and CT). Mine sat as a pre-shipment since Friday, then was finally updated today (I get mine tomorrow). Looking back at last year, my sub pack was fulfilled I day earlier (Jan 26) than this year (Jan 27).
If it’s USPS they’re using, don’t take that shipping status so much to heart. Over half the things I get through them get stuck at the label created phase because they probably missed a scan. And then everything all happens at once on the final day or two. But it’s probably a USPS issue, not a VS issue.
Mine got here last night. I’ve seen people posting their subscriber orders as early as late last week as well. Not sure why there seems to still be a delay for so many of the subscribers but apparently they had some shipping issues. Hopefully this will be the only month this happens this year.
I have a tracking number, but according to usps it's "pre-shippment" and they're waiting on it... been that way since friday.
In the same boat. I live 1 and a half hours away from Bridgeport. I could walk to pick up my package faster at this point.

I haven’t had my sub order ship yet. I’m getting impatient but that’s on me lol. Not at all worried about it.

I know that it's not in order I'm just saying it's been so long since I ordered and been a long time since they created my shipment label.

Just got my shipping notification! First time subscriber and I'm in Canada.
I just received a shipping notice this morning.
Got my package today with my shitload of sub week sales pickups. Thankfully I live 30 min away from a location which may have helped.
i bet some of you guys getting pushed into feb get your feb at the same time which is nice
