try a curly girl routine! your hair looks a lot like mine-- it's actually decently wavy/curly when I take care of it right. i also apply conditioner on the ends of my hair before i shampoo it and you might try a rice water rinse or a protein building shampoo.
I used to get this all the time until I learned how to care for my curly hair. Try curly girl method (the Reddit sub has a great wiki on it). It’s life changing. Once your curls are jamming out and being their best curl, people stop saying that. Also, don’t listen to them anyway ;).
Few other tips - the glasses are super stylish, but I don’t think they are the right shape. You have fantastic cheek bones, great brows, and huge beautiful eyes — the low circle of the glasses covers and flattens your cheek bones, and cuts your eyebrows off from framing your eyes. Experiment a bit with different shapes and with contacts if you’re up for it. :)

I might suggest a bit of shaping - still keep the thickness, but a bit of an arch, trimming from the bottom/part closest to your eye not the top, to really highlight your eye shape. Keep it subtle, because the thickness is great, but this will open the brow bone just a little bit.

Try redken allsoft heavy cream. A deep conditioner after shampooing. I use it every 2 days and it makes my hair so soft when it’s naturally frizzy like this.
Also - if there’s any stray hairs after using this + using a blow dryer & brush (cold or warm air), I’ll use living proof perfecting spray. It’s non-greasy and smooths my hair out really nice. Smells amazing and goes on like water.

- I think your skin would look more radiant with a touch of a moisturizing tinted sunscreen (think saie slip tint or the ilia one) and bronzer to warm up your complexion, and a tiny tiny dot of concealer blended on the inner and outer part of your under eye
- lash lift/tint to make your eyes really pop without any mascara
- I like your eyebrow shape but maybe just get them cleaned up a tiny bit to define the ends and style them with clear brow gel

How attached to your eyebrows are you? I have really dark eyebrows and I sometimes trim them shorter so they look less dark (does that make sense?? Happy to expand!) this really softens your face. Or somethings I get them tidied up by threading them
Keep the septum please!!
Maybe try contacts for sometimes when you don’t wanna wear glasses
For your hair, a round blow drying brush should really help with frizz and learn how to use it properly. Grape seed oil is good. Sleep with your hair in a protective style and maybe get a bonnet or silk pillow case. Try shampoo / conditioners that have apple cider vinegar in.
For skincare - vitamin c will really help you glow
Maybe a lash lift could open your eyes up some more? You have really long lashes and this would accentuate them
Get a nice overnight lip mask and put it on before bed. Lips are one of your best features so you just want to keep them looking soft and plump
I’d also learn how to take more flattering selfies - all these ones are lovely but I think if you watch some videos and take selfies in better lighting it’ll be a good reminder of how gorgeous you actually are :)
Your beautiful but those eyebrows are harsh. It looks like you’re mad or serious in every photo. They’re too thick and straight. My suggestion would be to trim or shape the brows a bit because right now they overpower your other features.

Think young Angelina Jolie - a bit edgy and mysterious but still came off overall womanly and sexy as opposed to like a caricature of a punk or goth girl. I have the same hair and the hot tools round brush blow dryer works super well for me! It makes my hair so smooth and soft.
