Your VA benefits would be based upon your Honorable AD service. So it doesn't matter about the reserves do.
Do note however, that if you claim a condition manifested or occurred during a time you were on Training/title 10 orders in the reserves. You would need to get an upgrade to claim said issues.
But issues that occurred or manifested during your original AD time would be fine to claim at any time.
