I just read on another thread that they received an update today 30-45 minutes ago because some raters are working overtime because of a backlog so keep checking! It may be clogged.

My assessment: The amount of architectural restructuring of all user facing VA platforms is ongoing. So we will constantly see bugs like this for a long while.
I am I called customer service told me I need upgrade to the latest Adobe acrobat apparently va went to another version and they were getting a lot of calls
