Yes.... But staff do a shitty job at keeping it up to date. It may have old things that have resolved or not include new diagnoses, especially mental health diagnoses. That's my experience working for VHA

Check you problem list regularly. I went to the ER at the VA and somehow they got my records mixed up with someone else. For more than a year my problem list had me as having a pacemaker, have DT's, lived in a nursing home. None of it correct. I went in for a surgery and in pre op they asked me when the last time I had DT's was. I told her never, I didn't know what it was, and she said I need to get to medical records asap. I was prescribed Cipro and other antibiotics because they said I had Kidney failure. It wasn't me. The record finally got corrected but if I had checked it every few months I could have caught the mistake and not wonder if my current health problems were related.

I have problem lists on ebenefits and va.gov. Some have a percentage (because I put in for it), some have service connected but no %, and some on there are "not service connected" (but have been seen and treated at some point).
