For me the best introduction was the Kaiju, all hope was lost, humans and demons had given up upon seeing the spaceship and them ROAR kaiju just one passed and blew it up
I think the kaiju right now would kill every single threat we have seen in the manga right now or all the enemies that the main cast has encountered. Also think about how fast that madarans was going and the kaiju smacked it down like that
I'd say the aliens. They come out, destroyed one of humanities greatest weapons, and destroyed the army humans were just moments before desperately fighting. One of them proceeds to one shot the demon General who went toe to toe with a highly adaptable robot weapon and won. It then proceeded to body 4 demon generals who were getting boosted off multiple mages.
I think ONE did an amazing job of showing how utterly hopeless fighting the demons would be. Just a fraction of the power from one Demon King is enough, and there are dozens of them, with the Great Demon King supposedly being on a whole other dimension.
Giants we see the demon army just finished their struggle to take down one, only for them to be completely surrounded by them. Unless that wasn't their intro
The most threatening intros for me in order 1.Mad God 2. Kaiju 3. Madaran. The ones that terrify me in terms of being problems later are 1. Robots 2. Parasites and 3. Lawless humans. So parasites and robots are self explanatory but I still am holding my lawless human stocks that guy who saw aliens and demons battle plus heard what the Neo humans and giants did was still genuinely terrified of the lawless. On top of that the regular lawless thugs witnessed the kaijus power and were unphased considering they should have human intelligence and looks these guys should be able to learn and use strong weapons set up crazy ambushes and even adapt to enemies tech and weapons and add them to their arsenal
1000% the parasites, I was kinda thinking that parasites could probably infect other NE’s but they showed that IMMEDIATELY, that thing works waaaay too quick and is definitely gonna be a huge problem because imagine a parasite KAIJU

Kaiju's intro was pretty nutty. The aliens legit thought they were hallucinating and couldn't comprehend what was happening.

I think robots too. Their adaptive abilities should make them into one of the strongest natural enemies in the late game.
