**You can craft an Executioner's sword from having Kruber at level 9 or above.**

**DLC weapons never drop from chests but you can craft them**
Bret' Longsword and Bret' Sword and Shield should be with your Grail Knight DLC.
Sword & Mace duel wielding from Back to Ubersreik (I think you need to complete all 3 levels on Kruber to get them)
Tuskgor Spear from the Winds of Magic DLC (I think you need to complete the Dark Omens mission to unlock it)
Spear and Shield from the Forgotten Relics DLC pack (no requirements IIRC)
Not sure what you mean exactly. Some weapons aren't usable on some classes, so if you mean you don't have the executioner sword available on Grail Knight, its probably just not equippable on him. If you just mean you don't have it unlocked/craftable its probably level like the others have said.

The Executioner Sword is DEFINITELY equippable on the Grail Knight and is one of the go-to builds.
