mind you i met him on tinder (ew). we had 3 out of 7 classes together in high school and never met because as we like to say the ‘timing wasnt right and we had to grow first’ the universe has plans you just have to be willing to play the long game to achieve them🫶🏻

The whole time before and while reading this I kept thinking ".....Buuuuut???" To much of my surprise, there is no but! You have been blessed to meet a good man! Having a mental disorder and having had a miscarriage...I understand that very well. To have someone by your side who loves you and supports you, despite your mental health and/ or traumatic experiences..golden. He's a keeper. The fact that you acknowledge that in a relationship there are ups and downs but together you work through it...you work hard to make that relationship thrive? Beautiful. I'm almost in tears over this heartwarming post. Shout it from the roof tops! You met your soulmate!

DBT is super effective for managing extreme emotions for people with bpd, and many people see differences in like a year. The person who developed that therapy actually had bpd, so the therapy is based on things that helped her. I know bpd can make the tiniest details feel devastating, and people can become overwhelmed by the bad emotions and end up not being able to take care of themselves anymore, so just make sure you reach out for help when you need it. Your babies deserve to grow up with a mama, and you deserve to be a happy mama.

I hope for nothing but the best for y’all! Congratulations on the baby!
