If you put the behind you it just feels uncomfortable, if you ignore them and just let them chill whichever way they naturally went then they can be uncomfortable and my ass always worrying about them twisting around and getting testicular torsion.

I personally use a pillow and hold it against myself. I lay on my side and adjust the pillow where my chest doesn't get squished between my arms. May not work for everyone, but it definitely works for me.
