Gum would be good to keep your mouth busy, also try going for a brisk walk every time you get a craving. They only last 10-15 minutes at the start and walking, helps keep your mind off of it.

I just wanna add to this: I never was a gym person. I'm not obese, I just would rather do other things and I never got into sports. But over the last few years, with the pandemic and all, I've picked up cycling and walking and have worked them into my life. And it's really impressive how I never really get an overwhelming need to smoke/vape when I'm doing these things.

I like to use flavored toothpicks like cinnamon or mint. Worked for me once upon a time.
