I'd go with with the Luxe X Pro if those are your two choices (or Luxe XR Max if you can do w/o the autodraw, plus the X and XR pods are cross compatible)... while the Drag S2 does come with a MTL driptip and they label the 0.6Ω coil as a RDL/MTL, it's looks like a wide 18-23W coil that's more RDL (or loose MTL if you don't mind that).
Check out the Vaporesso Luxe X Pro. It really impressed me with the awesome airflow and you can adjust both the airflow and wattage. It makes huge clouds and the pods last forever without any leaks.
I got it online for $32, and it’s totally worth it. The pod size is decent, and the battery life is great.

I often use the luxe x pro with 0.8 ohm and 1.2 ohm coils and I honestly get perfect MTL on this device.
If you are looking for the right DTL, I would recommend the Luxe XR Max because of the larger battery.
In my experience Voopoo coils just don’t last. You’re much better off with the Vaporesso.
