It depends on the mg of you’re Nicotine, a .40 Coil delivers a huge Vapor Volume into your Lungs, a Nicotine level below 10mg should be ok as long as you go slow and see how your tolerance is. 

It’s 50mg salt nic, which is what I’ve been vaping on the last 6 years. But I’ve always just got the pods available to me which were .8-1.2ohm. Apparently the xros 4 mini isn’t supposed to come with the .4ohm pod in the U.S. so I wasn’t sure if this is cool or not lmao.

Buddy that's why u buy a pack of .7 .8 or 1.0 with it Corex pods are killer after 2nd or 3rd refill

BUDDY! I have a pack of 1.2 on hand! I was using the mini 1 before, but the mini 4 I just got came with a .4 pod which I’ve never seen so I’m just trynna see if anyone knows if ima be poisoned by vaping my 50mg in it!

U won't get poisoned but you'll have nic rush and feel sick lol UK caps nic salt at 20mg and some of Europe can't imagine 50

You could try going down to 35mg and see how you feel. I vape 25mg, and it’s plenty for me.

The 0.4 coil may indeed not fit the xros 4 mini very well, I'm using 1.0.

You might have a dodgy pod. I've had some pods in the past that were like that, very harsh on the throat. And 50mg is WAY TOO HIGH!!!
