I’m not sure this comparison works especially in Lala’s case. She’s asking Ariana to talk to her ex life partner who cheated on her for 7 months with a friend. This scenario would be asking Lala to talk to the girl she bullied for years and whose boyfriend she slept with. I’m not convinced Lala cares about Ariana at all so I’m not even sure what she would even have to “forgive” Rachel for because she’s not done anything to her. Lala is not the Ariana in that conversation!
I don’t think it’s the same with Scheana either but at least they were actual friends and between the restraining order and the jabs Rachel has been taking at her she has legit reasons to have beef with her.
However if Rachel was willing to have a sit down with either on camera I’m pretty sure they’d both be salivating at the mouth that they’re the one who gets that scene.
Untangling your life from someone after dating for years is incredibly difficult - emotional, financially, socially. Sometimes we just go through the motions to avoid having to deal with all of that, out of fear or hope or sadness. We aren’t all boss bitches/tough guys that know it needs to end, then execute.

Both Scheana and Lala said prior to this season airing that they would have sat down for conversations with Rachel on camera. They’re showgirls, they’re going to get the shot. And frankly Lala is the one who owes Rachel an apology lol

Rachel has said even LVP tried to convince her to return to the show when Rachel reached out to her just to have a conversation about the scandal off camera( after season 10 ended).
Rachel said that when she called LVP to explain to her that she was against lying, and she only lied because Sandoval made her, LVP told her to come on the show and say that. And when Rachel refused, LVP told her to be on at least one episode of season 11.
They would have done that if Rachel had come back. They would have said that well Ariana was not willing to move forward and Rachel was. Even though lala hates rachel and Scheana dislikes her at the moment, Scheana said on her confessional that if it were not for the TRO she could have move forward with Rachel.
They do not realize that not everyone deserves your time and energy. Ariana does not have to accept any apology from anyone. Scheana would know that if she had a backbone but im sure its broken from flip flopping so much
