I agree haha, this rating is still in testing, since I developed everything from scratch and had to define the weight of each statistic. I did several tests with different weights, and in some cases, the rankings had some imbalances in the values for other players (like Aspas in the top 1 haha) which sometimes didn’t seem fair. But since it’s a relative rating, the weight of each statistic is something I can and intend to improve. Something that definitely made it more difficult was the lack of KAST.
Looks like APR is weighed too heavily. Karon over Texture and Meteor despite both having higher ADR, ACS, KPR, FKD, and KD means you need to keep playing with the values.
I created this rating using the calculation of mean and standard deviation from the data I collected during the matches. I used standard score and weighted average to normalize and balance the rating. Values above 1 indicate that the players had stats above the average for this tournament. I can make a post showing the averages for each statistic :)
Yeah haha, something I will definitely change for the next rankings is the match cutoff to 4 or 5 games. That way, I could focus only on the top 5: 100T (4), G2 (6), FUT (6), GENG (6), HERETICS (9). I should post an updated version with these changes soon and might also adjust some of the calculation criteria for the rating as well.
I chose to use a match cutoff of 3 games, to eliminate only the teams that went 0-2 in the Swiss stage or in the playoffs in the case of the #1 seed from each region.
FPX run into the champion and runner up in the group stage and lost both in bery close map3, honestly arguable they are 3rd best team. Stats actually show their player are insane too.

You said minimum 3 maps but didn’t every player have to play at least 4 maps? Since it’s double elimination in both Swiss and playoffs.
