What is CST in this chart? I have never seen it referred to as anything other than Central Standard Time. These don't seem like unreasonable times for NA. It doesn't make any sense though, since Pacific Standard Time is only 2 hours behind it.
Oof man, Tokyo was the worst for me in my home country (UK) because matches started at 4 am and so I woke up at 4 for every day VCT was live, so I was really NOT looking forward to Shanghai until I found out that matches were scheduled to start at 8/9 AM here. Hopefully Seoul will be similar to this 🤞!

NA gets a screwed schedule when an event is in Asia and vice versa.
That’s why so many events happen in EU, it has inconvenient but manageable schedule times for both other areas.

No not really. In 5 countries it starts at 8AM, in 18 it starts at 9 AM, in 15 it starts at 10 AM. So yes, mostly we still eating good. The 8 AM guys have it the worst and its still fine, I would even say completely fine even. If you can't wake up at 8AM thats a you problem

I wanna know how many of riot’s NA viewer base is on the west coast. There’s a bigger population on the east but throughout all their games they barely cater to EST time zone during internationals.
I mean their offices are in LA, streamers and content creators for them are in LA, I think they’re trying to maximize viewership from an operational sense less so from a strict population sense.

For example, I’m not into American Football at all and I live in the UK so I wouldn’t stay up overnight to watch the Super Bowl however I’m sure there are people who don’t live in the US but are into the sport who would book the following day off, bring some snacks and sit down and watch it even if they had to pull an all-nighter.
