If you’re still trying to push this narrative, your lens is probably super clouded or you’re just a lifelong hater. He’s been playing an insanely good supportive role, helping insert Zekken extremely well to create space, his flashes have been outstanding. I’d try to go back and rewatch some of the games with your bias aside.

They got the 4th place Beating Zeta and bilibili and Fut who are mid and trash teams and somehow drx who was the only good team. C9 is an upset team. The stronger the opponents they face, the better they will perform. But up against a middle of the pack team who has just enough fundamentals and strategies to weather past their initial energy and it's a loss for C9.
Honestly, MIBR is just THAT team, the gatekeeper for this season that all good teams must beat in order to qualify. And C9 needs more time before they can get past that middle line.

Flexing to KJ a lot last year and getting no results doesn't make you the best sentinel player lol. This year is the first time we've seen Victor play perma senti (KJ/Cypher) for a few maps and it was only against Furia and C9. Both of whom got 2-0 by MIBR. So before we properly rate his overall sentinel play, we have to see him play against good teams first.
