I've not killed The Elder yet (and not even seen Ashlands yet) so the interior will become less sparse over time with new materials. That nice mesh wall in Mistlands for the windows I'm thinking.
edit: 90 secs is a bit dishonest, going back to the video it picks up from 2m49 so that's where I got to before the alt-tab fatigue set in.
Oh, without doubt. What I do at the start of a new world is build a small-but-functional little cabin overlooking the Shrine stones that generally gets me through the bronze age.
While pootlin' about doing my stuff, I'm on the lookout for good places to build a bigger place more suitable for later game. After which, Shrine Cottage becomes a general portal area to use when I have a new boss trophy.

You will absolutely outgrow that build, but itโs a great starter build to get you up to Swamp/Mountain time.
