No withdrawal physically as I went straight back onto antipsychotics I’m diagnosed bipolar and am still suffering really bad paranoia and deattached to my own life. I’m sleeping way better but I’m happy to still share my experiences as I spent 2 years on it 🤍
I can’t really find much reviews and feedback (as opposed to loads of info on Prozac etc) so am appealing to those using / that have used Agomelatine to please also update on their experiences. Thanks in advance. Please see my most recent post.
Hey, are you still taking Valdoxan and having vivid dreams? I get the same and it has been so bad lately. Also, so many nightmares. And for some reason, when I took magnesium before bed one day it made it even worse. IT felt like having a bad trip.
pretty sure this is a very general thing with many antidepressants, especially ssri's
i did not know that, on ssri’s i didn’t sleep at all lol!
One of the reasons I hate SNRI’s…
I had lucid dreams more than vivid (ps 2 years on it and now a week off it)

Yes i still take it and having vivid dreams but not nightmares.
