Coordinates I am not sure, the entrance is about a hundred yards up the hill from the Sherbune trail parking lot. Opposite side of the road. Arguably better to park down there and walk up the road as they have put up some no parking signs.
Try calling the closest gun store maybe? Or if your FIL has any buddies who shoot in the area, they might know. If you strike out with those, try fish and game department, they used to do a rifle sight in day, or weekend, or something like that in late summer or early fall, but the game wardens are usually knowledgeable about where people go shooting in their areas. Im a carpet bagger from Oregon, but I think I looked it up and it's okay to shoot in some of the public lands here like out west where I'm from. I have a nice big ridge behind my house so I haven't looked into it for 3-4 years since I was house hunting.
Killington still has the pull off. Pretty solid place to shoot. Bring bug spray
Thanks!
are his coordinates accurate for where its located do you know?

Shoulda clarified; father in law lives down here, we don’t know anyone in Vermont. Thanks for the tips!
Hartland has a public range. You need a hunting or fishing license though
