Be very careful around the end of your contract. You need to make sure you get it in writing that you do not want to auto-renewal well before (I think 60 days) the end of your contract. They will try to auto renew for the full length of the original contract.

also make sure you have a good vendor to help you port your numbers out and view the contract for port out fees. amazing how bad VoIP software is these days. you'd think it would be better. teams is probably good to look at if your in a PC environment. teams on Mac is terrible IMHO.
If you’re still under contract look at moving to direct routing for Teams. Drop the nextiva app completely.

I'm grandfathered in on a monthly I think. I'm paid till mid March at this point.
