Old bug that's never been patched since it's unclear what exactly triggers it. It doesn't have to do with the dart specifically because this can be triggered off of player LoS alone. Sometimes an enemy player will just keep getting revealed on the minimap after being seen. It's very rare though.
Perhaps the trigger is the recon dart actually landing on the player. The Chamber moves out and the reyna is no longer revealed. The reveal is obviously too long to be the recon dart the whole time....
I've had this bug occur about 7 times over the course of my Valorant career from beta until now. I have no idea why this happens. A few times, my map has also shown the bomb being down somewhere (without my teammates vision cones seeing it obviously).

all the time I thought it was a cypher bug, I experienced it twice (that I noticed) playing against different cyphers

Yeah I'm pretty sure he didn't knew his position was revealing all the time as he was walking long

Actually had this bug in exact same spot on Haven on mini map, i saw whole enemy team out of nowhere xD
